If you wish to order our products, but your knowledge of the Dutch language is limited, then you can order by e-mail.
Simply send your order/ list of desired products to info@keep-in-mind.nl. We will calculate the costs, shipping included, and inform you by e-mail. You can accept or decline the order.
Our Terms of Service is not yet translated in English. If you have any questions, feel free to include these questions in your e-mail. In short, the conditions are:
The delivery/shipment time shown at the product is an indication.
Your order will be shipped when payment has arrived.
Returning your order is possible; you can return within 7 business days after receiving. The stamp date counts as your return date.
The included bill/invoice must be sent along when you return your shipment; only then your return can be processed.
